Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT, is an incredible resource to remove limiting beliefs, and deal with strong negative emotions and traumas, even when we have no idea where they're coming from.
There is no need to judge whether we have trauma, PTSD, or we 'should' feel the way that we do.
EFT has an incredible way of opening our subconscious to us and revealing & releasing what we don't need in a very safe way.
By simply tapping on our acupuncture points, our brain gets a signal that the body is safe right now in this moment.
And while the body feels physically safe, we can safely introduce a painful thought, memory, or situation.
A combination of our emotions being negative while our body feeling safe results in the memory or thought losing its power over us.
EFT is also a great resource to find the energy and focus whenever we need it.
