If you need partners or investors, you also need a compelling, attractive prospectus that shows your project in the best light -- highlighting your project’s layout, market analysis, costs and revenues.
If you've already done your homework, I will bring it all together to tell a compelling story: why here, why now, why this particular project. Appropriate imagery, consistent messaging, and grammatically and culturally correct copy are what I will add.
But if you need me to do research as well, I can do that as an optional add-on.

Formerly Permitting Manager and Principal Engineer for the largest division of an S&P 500 company, I managed over $1.2 million annually for the planning, permitting and design of land development projects.
I secured both ministerial and discretionary land use permits for housing developments, industrial facilities and mines.
An expert in GIS-based site selection, I perfected title for the profitable $35 million sale of surplus industrial property in San Bernardino, California to Hillwood Properties, a Perot Company, for conversion to a high-tech logistics hub.
