I will take a deep dive into your existing business, startup or business idea. We will walk through all facets of your company and review all documents you currently have. This will allow me to consult with you about steps you should be taking, different paths available to you, ect. (Basic 2-4hrs, negotiable). Next we will compile a list of additional work that needs to be done to take your business to the next level, whether that be research, presentations, business plan, investor relations, operational planning, revenue modeling, etc. I will help you create any/all of these from start to finish. (Standard 4-8 Hours, negotiable). Finally once we have completed all the necessary documents, work, presentations to take your business up a notch, we will strategically plan for the months and years to come, including creating a business roadmap which will allow you to hold yourself and your employees accountable to a timetable on different aspects of your company.
